Mission Statement
The mission of Adventure Pediatric Dentistry is to provide the highest quality pediatric dental care to children of all ages in a safe, comfortable, compassionate, and kid-friendly environment. We are focused on taking care of each patient and treating every child like they are our own. Our team of dental professionals are passionate about helping children have the best possible oral health and beautiful smile. You will have direct access to the doctor and be able to contact via text or phone at any time. Life is an adventure and we want to be a part of the journey and make the dental office a wonderful experience for your child. We are focused on building relationships, promoting prevention, and educating our patients to ensure they have the knowledge and skills for a lifetime of excellent oral health.
Dr. Latasha Garrett
Dr. Garrett was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She graduated from Red Bank High School in 2001. Afterwards, she completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in chemistry at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. While working as an associate chemist for Merck Pharmaceutical, she discovered her passion in the dental field while volunteering with her mentor dentist on the weekends. She went on to complete her dental school training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She then furthered her education by completing a two-year pediatric dental residency at NYU-Lutheran Hospital in Maryland. She has had the pleasure of treating children in the surrounding cities of Nashville, TN for the past four years.
Dr. Garrett is a board certified pediatric dentist with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Diplomates, American Dental Association, and Tennessee Dental Association.
In her free time, you can find Dr. Garrett spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys riding her bicycle, movies, shopping, trying new restaurants, and traveling the world. Her favorite Disney movies are The Lion King and The Little Mermaid so you can expect these movies to play at many dental visits.

Brenda Trammel
Patient Care Coordinator
Brenda Trammel joined Adventure Pediatric Dentistry when we opened in July of 2020. She has been in dental assisting for over 20 years, and began as a Registered Dental Assistant in General Dentistry, working in most of the specialty fields. She naturally progressed into the front office and has filled roles such as Front Desk and Office Manager. Brenda has served as President of the Chattanooga Area Dental Assistants Society and the Tennessee Dental Assistants Association. She loves seeing our patients walk thru the door and greets them with a smile. Be sure to ask her the names of all the animals in our office, yes, she has named them all! Brenda is married to Gene and they have four children and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. No wonder she loves our patients so much!
Clarissa Leeth
Dental Assistant
Clarissa Leeth is a registered dental assistant in the State of Tennessee. She graduated from Chattanooga State Community College in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in dental assisting. She has additional certifications in dental radiology, sealants, coronal polishing, and monitoring nitrous oxide. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, family, and friends. She also loves to travel, read, and shop.
Savannah Helton
Dental Assistant
Savannah Helton is a registered dental assistant in the State of Tennessee. She has practiced as a dental assistant for 4 years. She completed her dental assisting program at Miller Motte Technical College. She has additional certifications in coronal polishing, nitrous oxide monitoring, and dental radiology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, family, and friends.
Debbie Zackery
Dental Assistant
Debbie Zackery has been a registered dental assistant for 11 years. She graduated from Chattanooga State Community College in 2010 where she attained her registered dental assistant certificate. She also received her nitrous oxide monitoring, radiology, and sealants certifications. In 2012, she attained her coronal polishing certificate. She enjoys spending time with family, DIY projects, and traveling. Her favorite parts of being in the dental field is making sure every patient feels special, has a great experience, and building rapports with the families. Debbie feels very blessed to be a part of an amazing team at Adventure Pediatric Dentistry where our goal is to treat our patients like family.
Brianna Hoover
Dental Assistant
Brianna Hoover is a registered dental assistant in the state of Tennessee. She graduated from Chattanooga State in June of 2020 with her radiology, coronal polishing, sealants, and monitoring nitrous oxide certifications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going on hikes.
Raquel Esteban
Patient Care Coordinator
Raquel Esteban attended Palomar College in San Marcos, California prior to moving back to her hometown of Rossville, GA. She loves to study and learn new skills. At the front desk, Raquel makes sure that each patient is greeted with a warm welcome and that they leave with a big smile. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She wants all patients to know, Se Habla Espanol.
