First Visit
The first examination is recommended at the time of the eruption of the first tooth and no later than 12 months of age. At this initial visit, the dentist will have the opportunity to conduct an oral examination and provide parental consultation about your child’s oral health. Establishing a dental home allows your child to become comfortable with dental visits while building a relationship with their dentist. We are able to assess your child’s caries risk and develop a plan to prevent future decay.
Finance and Insurance Info
Adventure Pediatric Dentistry is in-network with several major dental insurances. As a courtesy, we will verify your dental insurance and file a claim for dental treatment. All services not covered by your insurance are subject to collection at the time of service. We also accept the various methods of payment to help finance your child’s dental needs:

Dental Membership Plan: $275.00/year per child
- Includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, and 2 fluoride treatments per year
- Unlimited radiographs
- 1 Complimentary Emergency Exam
- 30% savings on all other services
Patient Forms
